Chris was very clam, explained the whole procedure in great detail which gave me the confidence to go ahead with the operation required. Prior to and after the operation he cam to see me to check everything was OK and at the follow up appointment had all the relevant information I needed and confirmed that all had gone according to plan. I highly recommend Chris.
