Mr Eng took time to explain what might be the root of my symptoms and was very reassuring when I was nervous about having the camera up my nose. The process was quick, painless and professional.

Mr Eng treated me at Lincoln County hospital.
Through out he listened to me, understanding how my problem was affecting me on a daily basis even though it was a relatively minor complaint.
He explained fully what would happen during my day surgery, in a way that was easily understood, and even whilst having the surgery he was talking to me keeping me informed what was going on, and then explained my follow up care in out-patients.
In out-patients my follow up care was excellent, and through out my contact with Mr Eng I felt reassured I was in excellent hands.

Mr Chee-yeah Eng treated me at Grantham hospital he was very pleasent as well as professional I was made to feel very comfortable and although I was nervous about the process it was all fine and not in any way painful.
I was kept informed of what was happening at all stages and recommended to change some medication that had the desired results. I would have no concern about seeing Mr Eng again.
