I am very happy with the care I received from Mr Chee Yean Eng, Mr A R McRea and their staff. The diagnosis was made quickly, followed equally quickly by the FESS. The scan details were explained to me clearly prior to the operation.Full recovery from the operation has taken longer thanI expected but Mr Eng has kept a close watch on my remaining symptoms being a very model of consideration throughout. I have been under Mr Eng for the past two years. He has been a very kind and understanding consultant and has gone out of his way to help me whenever he can. I have had successful FESS and polyps surgery on my nasal passages and have then had a periodic review with Mr Eng at clinic. On each occasion Mr Eng has been extremely punctual and always takes a great deal of care to make sure that I understand what the current situation is and how we should best proceed. My periodic reviews have now ceased but Mr Eng has already put in place a procedure whereby I will be able to see him again at relatively short notice should my nasal problems re-occur. It is nice to see a consultant that always makes the time to talk things through to ones entire satisfaction. You should be very grateful to have a consultant of Mr Eng's calibre working at Lincoln County Hospital. I should add that it was only with Mr Eng's assistance that I was able to be fast-tracked to the respiratory clinic where my asthma was diagnosed.

I found Mr Eng to be caring, attentive and highly professional. I felt completely relaxed during our discussion and felt that I could trust him in diagnosis and treatment in respect of my condition.
