We first met Mr Eng after our 5 year old son failed his hearing tests and we realised there was a problem. Even at our first consultation we felt at ease and that our son was been well cared for. The decision was made for grommets and I was 110% happy for Mr Eng to carry out the procedure. I think as a mum it's vital that you feel reassured and that your child is in good hands. Since the Grommit insertion there's been a amazing difference in our sons hearing and a hearing test confirmed that it was a complete success. I'd highly recommend Mr Eng to everyone and would like to say we are so grateful for everything he has done for our son.

I had an appointment to see Mr Eng with dizziness and balance this had been an on going thing for 2 years but got worse over the last 2 months. I had medication from my GP but nothing stopped my problems, Mr Eng listened to me and what i was experiencing and how it was affecting me, to my delight i was treated there and then without any operations he made it look so simple, my problem was a crystal had come loose which i had never heard of before but after getting home i looked this up on the internet and was quite surprised at what i read. I have had no problems after his treatment and can now look down as well before this i could not Mr Eng is a genius.

I had a total thyroidectomy done by Mr. Eng and as this was my first operation I've ever had I was obviously very nervous about everything but I could not have asked for a better doctor. Mr. Eng explained everything in great detail so that I fully understood everything and answered any questions I had and always ensured me that if I had any other question I could always call his secretary to pass on any message and he would get back to me. I have had many compliments about how neat the scar is which I am very grateful for. At my first follow up appointment again he answered all my questions and told me that even though I will not be having any more appointments with him I can still get in touch with his secretary anytime. Would like to say a big thank you to Mr. Eng and his team. I am very grateful!

I cannot describe the gratitude I have to Mr Eng. After feeling in the dark and faced with a wait I just couldn't take, I discovered Mr Eng. Not only did he listen, empathise and explain clearly, he also went the extra mile. I had an ishmusectomy for the purpose of a diagnosis as to whether or not my lump was benign. As a mother to three young children, this was an agonising time. Mr Eng understood, put me at ease and dealt with my concerns and difficulties in a way that a good family friend would. As well as his incredible bed-side manner, his actually surgical abilities is nothing short of phenomenal. After less than three weeks, my scar can barely be seen. To be honest, I'm not sure how he did it; it looks incredible. Thanks Mr Eng, I cannot put into words how grateful I am to you for everything you have done for me. Even helping me in A&E when it had nothing to do with my surgery! I cannot recommend this gentleman highly enough.

I had an appointment to see Mr Chee Yean Eng regarding my ears. I've had problems with my ears ever since I was a little girl. These past few weeks, I've suffered from loss of hearing & managed to get an appointment. Mr Eng had a look in both my ears and said that he will have to get rid of the wax. Also, he said that in my left ear, it looks like that the wax was impacting on my ear drum. After cleaning my ears out, I feel so much better and feel like I can hear again after not being able to hear for the last few weeks. I trust Mr Eng completely & would recommend Mr Eng to anyone.
