Breast reduction/nipple grafts After being morbidly obese for decades I successfully lost over 6 stones in weight and maintained the weight loss for over a year. However as most of the weight had been in my breasts, I was left with long, saggy, empty sacks which got in the way whenever I tried to do anything or exercise. I arranged a consultation with Mr Cameron Raine and found him to be very approachable and completely professional. Cameron talked me through the procedure at our first consultation. I deliberated more given my age (over 60), and had a second consultation meeting with Cameron where we discussed the potential outcome, including any risks of surgery at my age. Cameron addressed the concerns and many questions I had in a detailed and impartial way. At both consultations there was no pressure, meaning I had time to take an informed decision and therefore went ahead with the surgery. I attended Spire Shawfield as a day patient, operated on at 8 am and out of the hospital later that day. Cameron’s skill in removing over 3.6 kilograms of excess breast tissue, leaving me with attractive small breasts and minimal scarring, was outstanding. Due to excessive droop, his work involved removing and reattaching both nipples (free nipple graft). This meant I had after care appointments over the next 5 weeks to check on healing. All staff were very friendly, approachable and could not have been more supportive. I was mobile immediately after the operation and had very little pain during recovery (managed occasionally with paracetamol). The only adjustment post recovery was learning to sleep propped up for the first 3-4 weeks while wounds healed. I can’t stress enough how wonderful Cameron and the specialist nursing team at Spire were during the procedure and in after care. I feel like a new (younger!) women and have been given a new lease of life – thank you!

Tummy tuck with liposuction I have been unhappy with my stomach area for quite a number of years now. When I followed a healthy eating plan and exercise regime, I’d feel better and more toned but my stomach area was exactly the same, loose, misshaped and full of stretch marks. After having my 3rd and final child and seeing the results my sister in law got from her abdominoplasty with Mr Cameron Raine, I decided to go ahead and get one too. From start to finish, the whole experience was 10/10. Everything was explained very thoroughly prior, during and after my treatment. I would highly recommend an abdominoplasty to anyone that wants a better looking stomach area and for you to choose Mr Raine as a surgeon. He has giving me so much more confidence in myself and what I wear now. A big thank you to Mr Cameron Raine, for making me feel good again

Meeting Mr Raine for my breast reduction consultation he made me feel at ease, felt comfortable speaking to him regarding my breasts and made sure I what aware of what having the procedure involved. Mr Raine did an amazing job, I have had no issues at all, feeling great 3 months after surgery and I am so happy and grateful I chose mr Raine as he has literally changed how I feel about my body. I would recommend Mr Raine to anyone thinking about any procedure. Karen
