I initially had arthroscopic surgery to the right knee and this was subsequently followed with patella stabilisation surgery using allograft ligament. I have gone from being totally reliant on a knee brace and elbow crutches to fully walking and with full extension and flexion within three months.
I have now been given the all clear to start going to the gym by my physiotherapist which I never thought would happen.
I cannot thank Mr Anand enough for what he has done and highly recommend you see him especially for complex knee issues.
