In a word... excellent.Mr Alkhaffaf is professional and knowledgeable.I followed his advice and my recovery from a hernia operation went like clockwork.I would not hesitate to go back to him in the future.

On 22nd October 2018 I had a Hernia Repair operation performed by Mr Bilal Alkhaffaf at the Alexandra Hospital. It was keyhole surgery undertaken under general anaesthetic. Everything was undertaken very efficiently and apart from a small amount of discomfort for the first two days I recovered very quickly. I would have no hesitation in recommending Mr Bilal Alkhaffaf and the Alexandra Hospital to anyone.

From the initial consultation through to the discharge, i had the very best of care, the operation was explained thoroughly, and all of my concerns were answered. On the day of the operation i was given a full explanation of the procedure and i felt i was in the best of hands, following the operation Mr Alkhaffaf visited my room and explained what aftercare i would need and also to tell me the operation went exactly as planned. Finally to the discharge day where i was met by Mr Alkhaffaf and was checked over and dischaged. I would definately reccommend Mr Alkhaffaf as my whole experience was positive, i felt i was listened to and all of my questions were answered. Hopefully our paths will not cross again, but if they do, i know i would be in great hands.

I had a gall bladder removal operation under Mr Alkhaffaf's care. He was an excellent communicator, dealing with the consultations in an efficient and humane way. The operation was very successful, with a rapid recovery time and no complications. Mr Alkhaffa was excellent throughout.
