From the initial consultation through to the discharge, i had the very best of care, the operation was explained thoroughly, and all of my concerns were answered.
On the day of the operation i was given a full explanation of the procedure and i felt i was in the best of hands, following the operation Mr Alkhaffaf visited my room and explained what aftercare i would need and also to tell me the operation went exactly as planned.
Finally to the discharge day where i was met by Mr Alkhaffaf and was checked over and dischaged.
I would definately reccommend Mr Alkhaffaf as my whole experience was positive, i felt i was listened to and all of my questions were answered.
Hopefully our paths will not cross again, but if they do, i know i would be in great hands.
