Earlier this year I was referred to Dr. Khoubehi for treatment of a renal tumor in my left kidney. This was a life changing event for me especially at my age (39). Dr. Khoubehi discussed all options, risks, and probabilities, and I elected to move forward with a partial nephrectomy (robot-assisted). My surgery was at King Edward VII Hospital, where I spent one night and then was discharged. I had zero pain right after the surgery, which I found remarkable. 4 weeks later I was out running a 5k. The thoroughness of my follow up regimen gives me peace of mind and makes me feel very well cared for.
I feel extremely blessed to have been connected with Dr. Khoubehi and to have received this level the treatment and follow-up.
