I just read a few reviews. Wow, not the experience I had at all. One star reviews for Mr. Barry Jones? My surgery was not about vanity, but about restoring my confidence. I no longer recognized myself in the mirror. Mr. Jones did a great job. I was so pleased, my confidence totally restored, nobody noticed the neck and jawline lift, everyone said how young and well I looked. Just what you want. And nine years later it's all held up and still looks great. He's a miracle worker and I can't hear a word said against him, frankly. I simply do not recognize these negative reviews. I'd recommend him, and his attention and kindness, any day. His staff are perfectly lovely. I had to stand up for a great guy.

This man botched my facelift and left me looking like a freak. He failed to take accountability for his lack of skills and instead resorted to highly questionable tactics to undermine my credibility. Both jones and Lofthouse, the head of the hospital, refused to address their failures and adopted a hostile and defensive position from the outset. I spent a fortune trying to repair the damage jones inflicted on me. I underwent 3 revision surgeries at great expense. But unfortunately even the best surgeons in the world could not undo the damage that man did. I later found out a trainee had "assisted" in my surgery without my knowledge or consent. Lofthouse was aware this was going on his hospital and tried to cover for jones, the man who stole my life.

I had rhinoplasty and chin surgery with Barry Jones on the same day. When the dressing came of my nose it looked as though it had been broken half way down the bridge and the lower half had sunken. My nose also ended up significantly shorter and turned up even though I was happy with original length. My chin has never recovered since the procedure 4 years ago as I feel almost completely numb on one side of my mouth. When I went to discuss these issues he would not accept there were problems, he became angry and slightly aggressive and could not accept that I had significant loss of feeling in the nerves to one side of my chin/mouth. Mr Barry has an inflated regard for his skills and zero regard for an unhappy patient.

Allowed a trainee to participate in my surgery without my knowledge or consent. The result was life-changing.
