Mr Rana has replaced both my arthritic hips. From my first appointment to my second surgery he is truly professional and inspires faith and trust in both the diagnosis, treatment options and the full range of pros and cons of undertaking a double hip replacement.
Usually these procedures would be 12 weeks apart, that was not possible due to COVID.
Due to lengthy waiting times beyond his control I had many conversations with his lovely secretary Alison Gallacher. Such courteous and friendly conversations.
To anyone suffering the pain and disability of hips that are needing replaced, I would say do not put it off, the pain will not go away.
I cannot recommend Mr Rana highly enough. A caring man, and an excellent surgeon. You will be in safe hands.
