On the day of my ankle operation I was extremely nervous. However, the warm welcome I received from Dr Dhinsa and his colleagues was amazing. Dr Dhinsa took his time with me to explain the operation in detail which made me feel at ease. On the way to the theatre I felt relaxed and confident that I was in good hands. Before I had the operation my mobility was restricted, now I can walk without pain and feel like I can enjoy exercising again. I cannot thank Dr Dhinsa enough for making me mobile again and would encourage others to embrace his advice and to trust him.

I cannot speak highly enough of the care that I was given by Mr Dhinsa- I just wish every hospital had a ‘Mr Dhinsa’. My first experience of Mr Dhinsa was in Out Patients prior to my surgery. He was very friendly but professional and put me at ease. He listened to all my concerns and took time to explain everything . I had an x-ray and he took time to explain what needed to be done. I was awake during surgery- had spinal and sedation and was treated with the utmost respect-I would also like to say that he also treats colleagues with respect and there was a very relaxed atmosphere which is ideal as a patient. My surgery was a complete success - I have just had my 6 week follow up and whilst I was waiting I observed how respectful Mr Dhinsa is to all the team - chatting to receptionists and even wheeling a patient in a wheelchair back into the dept. I had my x- ray and Mr Dhinsa explained everything that he had done and answered any further questions that I had. I was so lucky to have had him as my doctor- not only does he have the skills and is very competent but he happens to be a very nice person with it - ‘ total package’

Dr BS Dhinsa was my surgeon for a very badly ruptured Achilles tendon. His kind and professional manner enabled a clear plan to be agreed to get me back to normal fitness as quickly as possible. By his own admission, my particular case was a real challenge to him, but my surgery, post-op care and rehabilitation went perfectly thanks to Dr Dhinsa's expert care. I cannot recommend him highly enough, nor thank him enough.

I initially consulted Mr Bal Dhinsa at One Ashford, where I had 2 MRI scans, in connection with a serious foot injury. I subsequently saw Mr Dhinsa at the William Harvey. I cannot recommend Mr Dhinsa highly enough. He is extremely approachable, empathetic and has an excellent manner relating to patient care. Mr Dhinsa doesn't rush his patient consultation and actually listens to concerns, providing excellent advice for ongoing care and recovery. He is a credit to the Medical Profession. I would also ask Mr Dhinsa to convey my thanks to his Secretary Alina, for her kindness and professionalism at such an emotive time.

Mr Bal Dhinsa listened, explained and reassured me throughout the initial appointment and the ensuing operation. His professionalism and care was perfect, but he was very approachable at the same time. The operation and followup was most successful. I really cannot recommend him highly enough.
