He listened to everything I had say and arranged for mri's to rechecked how my back was and then explained what treatments I could have. He then referred me to the pain management team. Everything was arranged very quickly.

I saw Mr B. Arvin @ Queen`s Hospital, Romford today, Thursday 11th May 2023. I had previously seen him at Queen`s several weeks ago. On both occasions his bedside manner and pleasant personality came through, this in turn making me & my wife feel relaxed and comfortable. He explained in some detail the issues with my lower back & hips ( recent scans ) and suggested a way forward that would be beneficial for me given my circumstances for the long term. Mr Arvin is an excellent Consultant. He explained a complex issue I had in a way that was easily understandable. He listened carefully to the concerns I had and we agreed on an appropriate way forward. He never rushes his consultations as it’s clear he wants to ensure his patients are leaving with confidence in the agreed way forward. I would have no hesitation in recommending him. I speak from a position of experience, I worked in the NHS for forty years and Mr Arvin is one of the best! Thank you for your time and guidance

Mr Arvin, looked after me following a fall when I fractured vertebrae in my spine. Like all people who have an accident I was anxious and uncertain of what to expect in terms of care and prognosis. I couldn’t have been luckier than to see Dr Arvin. He is a fabulous doctor and a fabulous person, supremely professional, and in addition he is kind and caring. He took the time to explain and to listen, something which can be so underrated these days. In his explanations he was reassuring and made sure that I understood what he was telling me. Without question, I do not think that my recovery would have been what it is without the intervention, care and professionalism of Dr Arvin.

Mr Arvin has been my Dr for several years, I find him Kind and easy to talk to, He talks clearly with Expertise and knowledge and always makes me feel at ease, He has helped me through some troubling times and continues to do so, Mr Arvin is one of the most Helpful & Kind Drs I have ever met and I am very happy to give him a glowing and well deserved Pat on the Back.
