After over two years of back pain I was fortunate enough to have an appointment with Mr Arvin. At the interview he explained what he would like to do to help alleviate my problem. It was all simply explained and I had no hesitation in accepting his offer of surgery.
At my surgery appointment he again explained fully what was to happen and the after effects etc and I was made to feel completely at ease as I entered the theatre
After surgery I was seen by Mr Arvin to ensure I was comfortable and fully informed.
Today I have been back for the follow up appointment and although feeling good within myself time was spent on viewing scan pictures which confirmed the operation had been successful, I am so grateful to Mr Arvin and his team who all helped and guided me through this difficult period.
A true gentleman and an outstanding asset to the NHS and I would advise all future patients of Mr Arvin that they are in very good hands.
