Friendly approach, clear, asks questions for clarification & to ensure his approach is correct and listens to you (hasn't always been the case with some previous appointments). Detailed approach & explanations to help ensure that you understand as well as you can. Clear on the way forward and why. Put's you at ease. A very positive experience.

He explained everything very clearly, operation went very smoothly and I’ve just arrived home feeling fine (less than 24 hours after the op). He was attentive and very personable - always made me feel in safe hands. He answered all my questions before release/ This is the second operation (unrelated) he has successfully carried out on me. Very happy to recommend him.
