I have written a review with regards to my husband receiving treatment earlier with Dr Roy. I am happy to share that he is a brilliant doctor. My concerns of writing this review is that as one month has gone by and my husband was fine , suddenly, he suffered a spasm again. His condition is bad and i am unable to get in touch with the doctor as he is a consultant and a very busy person but what does someone like us do now. We went to see our GP and she said she has no answers for us only the doctor who has operated on him can answer his concerns. My husband is unable to cope with such pain and anguish. He is already suffered for over 2 years for the surgery and hoped all would be well after that. Now, he is back again with the pain. The doctor is brilliant no doubt but what are we supposed to do is no one can help us get in touch with him. Please can Dr Roy be kind enough to help us. I am afraid of loosing my husband to depression as his situation is out of the GP's hands. Please can someone get back to me . We desperately need help.

Response from Mr B Roy Chaudhary

We’re sorry to hear your husband is having back spasms. Please contact D Chaudhary’s private team on +44 20 3129 0934 or his NHS team on +44 1865 737877 so we can get specifics and try and help establish if the problem is related to surgery or something else. The two teams are independent of each other. Unfortunately NHS management doesn’t allow Dr Chaudhary to keep open slots available at short notice but of course there are emergency slots for spinal health professional/doctors and there is a 24/7 on call service which can be accessed via the GP or NHS A&E for emergencies.
