My back problems had become worse over the last year, and after having an MRI scan, I was referred to Mr Chaudhary. After seeing several different doctors, physios, chiropractors, it was a such a relief to be seen by someone who could pinpoint my problem and was able to fix it, AND with keyhole surgery. I had to wait for 3 months on the NHS waiting list, in increasing pain, but I had faith that Mr Chaudrey would operate on my back and sort the problem out. I had decompression surgery, and was lucky enough to be called in a month ahead of my scheduled date of June 22nd this year, and was seen in the Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre in May 2017. I can't thank him and his team enough as I now can resume a normal life and get back to my pleasures of walking and gardening. I just am so thankful that I was referred to such an understanding and specialist doctor, who listened to me, never rushing me, and thoroughly explaining everything that he was going to do. Although it seemed a long wait, it is amazing how quickly I have returned to my normal life and almost forgotten the pain that had built up over the last year and meant I could do less and less, and even had to cancel 2 holidays. I was only in for 1 night, so it must save the NHS a great deal of money to perform these pioneering operations , doing keyhole surgery as a day case. I will be forever grateful to Mr Chaudhary.
