What a kind, polite and understanding gentleman. It is so refreshing to have a Doctor that actually listens and has quality 'bedside manner,' especially during what was clearly a very busy day at the hospital. It was a pleasure to be seen by Dr. Arora and he has kindly made provisions to eradicate my throat problem as soon as possible.

Mr. Arora is very helpful during my daughter's consultation this week. He listened and answered all my questions and concerns. He even explained the results of my daughter's ear test results and the graphs. A very humble and caring doctor, gave me reassurance about my daughter's care and her progress.
