I haven't met Mr Jain personally only by telephone so my scores cannot be five-star. His feedback on an ultrasound and blood test was very helpful and reported by letter. A follow-up meeting in three months was arranged. A PVR test was not carried out; neither of us know why. I look forward to meeting Mr Jain in person. Constructive suggestion? Stronger link with GP recommended. I'm not sure if Mr Jain had any contact with GP meaning I had to follow up on appointments for ultrasound and blood test personally

I was transferred from another Hospital Trust and Dr Jain took over my urology care. I have had one face-to-face and one telephone consultation.Both were entirely satisfactory: I felt Dr Jain listened to my concerns and has proposed follow up to my GP practice.

I found Mr Jain very informative I listened to him and he listened to my concerns, we agreed on a strategy for the next six months, I found him very we’ll mannered and we agreed to carry on with the active surveillance and I could get in touch with Mr Jain if my PSA went up considerably. All in all 10/10, many thanks.
