30th January 2021

I had a telephone consultation with Mr Jain and he spoke clearly throughout. He had some knowledge of my medical background and asked pertinent questions about my physical ability to determine my exercise tolerance in order to understand the appropriate treatments that may be suitable for my current presenting problem. I appreciated this approach and his suggestion of sending leaflets on treatment options so that both myself and my wife could have an understanding of the options available. We have since read through the details of the options and think we are clear on the one to take up which will allow a decision to be taken in the follow up consultation in about 3 weeks. So a good approach all round from my point of view with hopefully a successful outcome.

Wednesday, January 13. A short telephone consultation in which Dr. Jain seemed a bit harassed or rushed, however the follow-up letter covers all the points of my recent PSA results and the suggestions of the relevant doctor. Rather difficult to give stars for recommendations, trust and listening based upon this short conversation but Mr. Jain appeared to be competent. M. Keel. 28/1/21

Discussing my treatment of flexible cystoscopy was straightforward and down to earth, with Doctor A Jain, both on the telephone and at the hospital investigation. I would have no hesitation in recommending him. kind regards Mrs Jean Parry

I had a pleasant phone consultation with Mr. Jain on 29th December 2020 in follow up of my MRI scan of the pelvis/penis area where I had recently undergone surgery. As well as being cared for urologically I continue to be monitored by Dr. Birtle at the Rosemere Cancer Centre, Preston For your information , I am due a blood test at the end of February 21.followed by a CT Scan in March and a further consultation on 6th April 21. I will also be happy to get the blood test done for yourself prior to a MRI scan in May and further consultation following this. I keep in good health in this period of lockdown and recently had my first Covid 19 jab from which I have not felt any after effects. I am grateful for the medical attention I am receiving in what has been a long battle with cancer since 2010, by the various disciplines involved. Thank you for your care and concern. Very impressed by Mr Jain's review of a telephone consultation I had with him recently. Clear understanding of the problem, sound practical advice and great follow up - the ultrasound is arranged for 7 Jan 2021. All in all, excellent service...thank you!
