Dr Ashutosh was attentive. He explained everything clearly and answered any questions I had. He did not rush me but took time to listen. An improvement is not about Dr Ashutosh but regarding the administration. My follow up letter took 17 days from my call to be typed up plus a further 10 days to be posted out to me. This suggests to me the Urology department are possibly understaffed for the quantity of work coming through the department.

A good consultation. Dr Jain understood my problem (artificial sphicter) and is looking for sites that are familiar with the AMS 800. I am confident that a resolution will be found.

The telephone consultation was straightforward and helpful. In the consultation he outlined a clear plan for the next steps in my treatment. His letter summarised my condition and our conversation, and informed me that his secretary would ensure the appointment for my next procedure. This is much appreciated.

I had a telephone conversation with Mr Jain 15th February 2022, due to the issue I had he gave me various options that I had available to me and explained the details of each to me. This was helpful as I as able to make an informed decision as to what direction I would take my treatment. Mr Jain was very helpful, informative and pleasant to talk to.

My first contact ,I found Mr. Jain was very good at explaining what had already been discovered about my condition, what the MDT had asked him to do and he covered the risks and likely outcomes of his investigation in great detail. All in all great communication leaving me with no questions or further explanations necessary. His confident manner meant I felt I could have complete confidence in him. No improvement needed.
