All dealings with him were straightforward. He is very professional without seeming pompous or self-important. He performed two hip-replacement operations on me: one at the Spire; one in Runcorn. Both were great successes. For the first time in years, I can stand and walk without pain and discomfort.

After having a total knee replacement I can most certainly recommend Mr Acharya as I am extremely pleased with the outcome of this operation. After suffering years of pain and not being able to walk without the use of crutches and at one stage I was using a mobility scooter I am amazed at being able to walk pain free.

Dr Acharya has looked after me now for over 10 years He has listened to me and treated me with great care and respect. The pain I was in was unbelievable and he has done everything to help me alleviate this. Thanks to his and his teams diligence I am now pain free I was so happy to have both my knees X Rayed and he confirmed that they were both doing well. This was a great relief after waiting so long to be seen for a checkup because of COVID which I understand but I now have peace of mind
