I was admitted to St Heliers Hospital as an emergency patient. Dr Gupta assessed my problem and took action to keep me in to operate the following day on an inguinal hernia. The operation was a complete success. At all times I felt that Dr Gupta and his team were in total control of the situation and I felt only minimal stress.
Dr Gupta displayed empathy with myself as the patient and explained the procedures
clearly and listened carefully to any concerns I had and addressed them clearly.
