Mr qayyum was really good at my operation and all the other people who did it .I really trust him and he is really kind and if you have any questions he will answer them for you. He is one of the best hospital consultants i have ever met.Mr qayyum was really clever and thought really carefully about my operation. He is a very smart man and i would love to be like him one day. If you need to see a ENT consultant make sure to see Mr qayyum. I think he should have a payrise. I hope this message finds you well. Again thank you very much for the brilliant operation .From Spencer age 7.

Thank you very much for your kind words. Believe me these words mean a lot to me. And yes I will take your recommendation for a pay rise to the hospital team and ask for one

I was treated privately by Mr Qayyum. I have never had private health care and so am completely new to the process. His secretary explained what I needed to do and kept me at ease. Before being treated, she checked with Mr Qayyum what treatment would be needed during the consultation - so that she could ensure the hospital I was sent to had the necessary facilities. i.e. If I needed camera work, then one of the hospitals would be unable to do this under current Covid regulations. I was called back that evening, and was told what would be done and where I should go (the next day). On arrival I was seen immediately. Mr Qayyum listened to the history of what had happened so far using the NHS, who I had seen, what had been done. In Full PPE, I was examined and he gave me his diagnosis (good new - I am 100% ok. not 99% he said, 100%). He then said he would follow up with the NHS staff on what they had done to date and asked me to follow up with his secretary so we can conclude matters completely. Just a great service

Mr Qayyum listened carefully to my symptoms and the clearly explained the investigations he would undertake and the results of those investigations. He was very clear in his diagnosis and gave me confidence in his findings.
