Dear Mr Imbuldeiya
I am writing to say a big thank you for the wonderful care I received as an out-patient when I attended your clinic. You could not have been more kind,gentle and caring and I appreciate it very much for taking time to explain to me clearly the reasons for the intense pain I was having in my right knee and reassuring me with positive options that's available for my condition.
Given the previous diagnosis which had left me with little hope of gaining full strength in my knee; I am very grateful that under your care I am now able to continue living a full active life.
I feel very lucky to have been able to see you and can't thank you enough.
