I have participated in research work with Mr Khan. He has helped me in developing understanding of research project and given me an opportunity to publish the research work. The encouragement will help me to develop my skills as primary investigator in clinical research work. He is an outstanding supervisor and an ideal role model.

I had an umbilical hernia repair which wasn’t the surgery I went to theatre for. The aftercare received was shocking, staff kept mixing me up with another patient, no one knew what surgery I had undergone and my discharge letter stated I had undergone a completely different operation. Since the surgery in October I have had one follow up (November) and have not heard from anyone since. The hernia repair was botched and I now have an egg shaped purple lump protruding from my stomach. GP has now referred me to a different hospital and different surgeon. Would not recommend Dr Khan to anyone. Absolutely shocking care.

I had laparoscopic inguinal hernia surgery at Leighton Hospital on Friday. I am back at work in the family antique clocks business on Tuesday. Can not speak more highly of Mr A Khan and the team at Leighton Hospital. First few days lots of pain but this is quickly receeding and now no painkillers at all. Just the magic Nightnurse liquid in the evening to aid sleep. Brilliant Consultant. Also thanks to Consultant Anesthetist and the nursing care team. Also thanks to the Scheduler at Leighton for fitting me in before I have to work in London over Christmas. Daniel Clements https://www.pendulumofmayfair.co.uk

Dr Khan and the team at Spire Regency have delivered first class service. Having never experienced any hospital treatment/ procedures before i was made to feel very comfortable, i felt totally at ease, i was kept up to date at all times and was also well informed on the treatment that i was to receive. I cannot thank Dr Khan and the Spire staff enough. My procedure resulted in a General anesthetic with an overnight stay at The Spire. Once again, great attention to detail with private room where the staff really cannot do enough for you. You are all a credit to the NHS system. Well done.
