I recently had to have my gall-bladder removed. I was seen and operated on by Mr Khan. The keyhole procedure went very well with no complications. I found Mr Khan to be caring and professional. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to others.

Mr Kahn is an excellent surgeon and I say this based on my own experience and the very high regard in which he is clearly held by his colleagues. I had major surgery to treat bowel cancer on Friday and was released home on Tuesday (4 days later). It was keyhole surgery and due to the expert skills of Mr Kahn and his team, I had no complications, no stoma and little pain. I am very grateful to Mr Kahn and his great team. Recovery has been very fast and I look well. I was fit to sit up in a chair and walk on Saturday (the next day) and have progressed very well on the Colorectal Enhanced Recovery Programme (ERP). When keyhole surgery works so well and without complications it is a 'breeze'. As well as Mr Kahn's excellent surgical skills he communicates well, speaking directly and precisely. He has a caring and very thorough approach. I am very pleased to recommend Mr Kahn 100%.

Mr Khan first and foremost is an outstanding surgeon. His demeanour is pleasant and reassuring. He explained my condition which was bowel cancer in a compassionate and caring manner. Likewise his explanation of the procedure to be undertaken left me feeling at ease with the forthcoming operation.Following the operation which I am happy to say was successful Mr Khan visited me everyday until I was discharged. Recovery wise I was back on my feet within a few weeks no pain no scarring no complications. I cannot express my gratitude enough suffice to say that the operation saved my life .Thank you Mr Khan. I should also like extend my gratitude to all the nursing staff at Leighton you are all fantastic and made my stay in hospital as pleasant as it could be. In additional the colon rectal nurses who checked up on me daily after I got home. THANK YOU ALL

I had colorectal cancer Mr. Khan was marvellous with me, he kept me positive and my operation went well, I had adjuvant chemotherapy and regular check ups for five years after. He explained fully what would happen and afterwards what the outlook could be. He came to see me on the ward and even popped in on his way passed for a cheery word even at the weekend. I have complete faith in his ability and even if I was not clear or the cancer came back I know he did his absolute best to save my life. Some years before I had cancer Mr. Khan operated on me to remove my gall bladder I now have a minute scar and I was only in hospital for a couple of days. I have absolutely no problems since either of the ops. done by Mr. A Khan
