I had a follow up consultation today in Mr Jain's clinic with his registrar Miss Richie and in attendance was also Laura the health care assistant. The consultation, examination and follow up plan was very thorough. I was also impressed by the explanation Miss Richie gave to me regarding my condition; and also by the care, attention and reassurance given by Miss Richie and Laura. What a great department. Thank you.
