How can I ever thank My Pay fiirall the care, kindness and compassion he has given me over many years and multiple surgeries in my life? From meeting him for the first time his desire to want to give me the best visual outcome for my face (port wine birthmark) he has been consistently brilliant. He my Pay involves me in all decisions and I have complete and utter trust in him. He is quite simply wonderful and I could not ask for more. Following multiple debulking surgeries my face looks so much better and m delighted with the results. His skill and expertise is unparalleled. Thank you for changing my life Mr Pay.

I saw Mr Andy Pay at Townlands Hospital, Henley where I underwent a complete excision for Melanoma in Situ. It's been 4 months since my minor surgery and my scar is healing very well and I am extremely pleased with the results even after just 4 months. I had a large pigmented lesion on my face which required a fairly long excision including biopsy. I would like to say just how kind and understanding Mr Pay was to me, both during my surgery and follow up, making it a lot more bearable and painless. Also has a cracking sense of humour. His knowledge and skill are on another level and I would say to anyone undergoing any surgeries with him, you are in the best hands. Not only is his focus on potentially life saving treatments but managing future outcomes as well. The rest of his team is also very caring and pleasant in their approach.

I saw Mr Andy Pay when I was diagnosed with malignant melanoma. He explained the pending surgery so clearly, drawing little diagrams, allowing me to photograph the 3 pages with my mobile so I could digest them at home. On the day of the operation, Mr Pay came to see me and reassured me that I would be in good hands. He said if I gave him my daughter’s phone number, he would call her when the surgery was over. When he did ring, he had a long conversation with her which was very reassuring for her. I was expecting to have had a patch of skin removed from my thigh to patch where the melanoma was removed but Mr Pay managed to stitch me up without doing plastic surgery!! What a relief! I have seen Mr Pay since surgery and he is very pleased with his handiwork! My journey through the treatment for cancer was straightforward and I was impressed by Mr Pay’s expertise, humour and friendliness. Nothing could have been improved.

Mr. Pay was an extremely reassuring and kind person. Despite the pandemic, and along with his secretary, they actually managed to get me booked in for my operation when he suggested he would. After my operation Mr Pay took the trouble to phone my wife who was waiting for me in the car park. He assured her all had gone well and was sure he had managed to remove all the cancer. He phoned me at my home before Christmas (as he said he would) when the results were back from the laboratory to let me know that the result found he had in fact removed all the cancer. He told me I would have a check up every 4 months for 2 years to make sure all was well. This is now happening. I feel I have had the best treatment anyone could ask for and would highly recommend Mr Pay.

I was concerned when the lesions on my skin were diagnosed but Mr Pay explained the prognosis and treatment. Throughout my pre op, operation and post op care he has made me feel at ease. And when required continuing to keep me abreast of events. Thoroughly recommend and nice person as well
