5 star service, excellent communication skills. Full explanation of procedure pre op and follow up. I felt completely safe in the anaesthetic room and though nervous I was put at ease.

This dr was very understanding and help put our 7 year old daughter at ease when she was going down to have an opp on her broken wrist . He came up to the ward and talked through what they would do before hand helping put her at ease. when we got down to the theatre he had a lovely gentle manner and kept quietly and gently talking to our daughter while putting in the canula helping her not to get worried . he had great patients and was very caring checking i was ok too reassuring me that she would be ok while in having her operation .
