Mr Hextall was very easy to communicate with. He listened to my issues and responded clearly and concisely. He went to great lengths to explain how bladder repair surgery would help me but also told me about any possible negatives. The procedure went very well and the surgery has been 100% successful. I would recommend this surgery to anybody who suffers from stress incontinence and I would certainly recommend Mr Hextall to carry out this procedure. He is very professional and has great patient empathy.

I highly recommend Mr Hextall, I first met him in February 2016 and I felt very comfortable straight away discussing my problems [prolapse and obstructive defaecation which I had endured for years]. He explained in detail what my options were, he also drew me a simple diagram, I felt no pressure to decide straight away. I had an operation for a vaginal repair late April and received great care from him and his surgical team [and Spires nursing staff]. Even though I had to go home with a catheter for a few days, [just my body] I felt the benefit of the op by day 3 amazing! I have recovered very well from the op and I have just had my post op check-up - week 7 and I've got the go ahead to resume 'normal' life. I just wish I had taken the plunge years ago! Thank you Mr Hextall : )

Mr Hextall perfomed my operation (TVT and vaginal repair) in April 2016. He was very thorough explaining everything clearly and gave me the time to ask any questions that i had. He also gave me all the information that i needed ( diagrams and leaflets) pre op to enable me to make an informed decision. His gentle, caring manner put me at ease straight away. All care was delivered to a very high standard and i would highly recommend Mr Hextall to anyone.

I had fibroids and after doing some online research I chose Dr Andrew Hextall to do the surgery to remove them. I couldn't be happier with the care that I received. He's really professional and friendly. He was very patient explaining me all the process and the risks, and he made me feel safe and comfortable at all time. Right after the surgery, he went to see my relatives to let them know that the surgery has finished flawlessly. I totally recommend him.
