I met Mr. Hextall for a second opinion after been suggested for a radical hysterectomy with expensive hormone replacement therapy by another doctor. After his observation he decided subtotal hysterectomy was enough to solve my problems. He saved my ovaries and cervix. The operation was so successful with no complications. His operation team is equally marvelous especially anesthetist was like a magician, didn't feel any pain or any sickness after what so ever. They made me feel cared and looked after the moment I rang his office and chatted with his secretary Margaret. I will highly recommend him and his team, great bunch of people to be with.

During October 2017 I had surgery for a vaginal wall prolapse repair and TVT procedure under the care of Mr Hextall and his team. I felt very comfortable and confident from the first meeting with him, where each step was clearly explained to me, which helped me see the importance and benefits of undergoing the surgery. I have had minimal pain and discomfort and no complications whatsoever and every stage of my recovery has been exactly as he had described it would be to me. I would highly recommend Mr Hextall and I am delighted that i chose to have the procedure.

I found Mr Hextall professional, empathetic and understanding from my first appointment with him through to my follow-up appointment. My hysterectomy went very smoothly and I felt back to normal pretty much as soon as I left the hospital. Apart from a small amount of discomfort during the first week, I felt great. The operation did what it was supposed to do, which has got rid of the discomfort I felt previously. Also, looking at my scar, it is very neat.
