After listening attentively to my medical history and description of my symptoms and carrying out an examination, Mr Hextall accurately and quickly diagnosed my problem which has bewildered many clinicians for over a decade. He was sensitive and respectful while examining me (and ensured a chaperone was present on each occasion). He discussed various treatment options with me (including the pros and cons of each), treating me as an intelligent adult throughout and clearly explained his recommendation. He answered all my questions fully and never made me feel as though I was a nuisance or taking too much time. The treatment he has prescribed has solved the problem completely and totally changed my quality of life. Throughout my contact with him he has been highly professional, calm, patient and sympathetic. I am very grateful to him for his skill and professionalism and so pleased that my GP referred me to him. I have no hesitation in recommending him whole-heartedly. His secretary is also very approachable and helpful.
