The care,concern and empathy shown by this surgeon was exceptional and went a long way to restoring my faith in the medical profession, following years of bad experiences for an independent ongoing medical condition. Mr Crumley listened attentively to what I said , took everything on board and did exactly what he said he would do. In addition to the above my surgical scar was small and very neat and is now barely noticable. This surgeon has my grateful thanks.
