Mr. Carrothers and his medical secretary Carol were extremely supportive and provided excellent care throughout my Achilles’ tendon rupture recovery. Mr. Carrothers provided accurate and helpful advice regarding conservation management recovery, return to work and physio. He was very focussed on my individual situation and needs and well aware of the emotional impact of a sudden, debilitating injury. He took time to answer questions and did not rush through consultations. Carol was easily accessible for queries, appointments and insurance issues, and was very kind and supportive.
