My daughter Sam 27 was rushed into Walton with excruciating headaches after being passed off by our doctors for weeks. Belittled by Ormskirk A& E that because she could drive there her headache ‘wasn’t that bad’ 24 hours later she was operated on after we demanded a scan. Blue lighted to Walton and her operation was an emergency by this wonderful man. He was amazing as were all the staff total dedication and care was given to her. Although her cancer (Glioblastomer) was terminal I will never forget their dedication.

Amazing NS! Took on my aftercare after Mallucci did my surgery in 2011. Dealt with him several times for different things over the years and would travel 350miles happily to be under his care, rather than local docs in Cornwall & Devon. Walton centre team are amazing and when I needed advice for other things he passed on my care to an equally amazing NS.

I travel nearly 4 hours to see Mr Brodbelt because he is just brilliant. I feel safe and secure with him caring for me. He has operated on my head a few times and always been fantastic.

Mr Brodbelt operated on me last week 21/02/2017. He was fantastic with me and looked after me well. I feel totally confidant in him and he makes me feel safe in his care. A great surgeon. Thank you

He operated on my wife in 2011. Whilst he exuded authority and confidence, he totally lacked empathy for the ordeal my wife was enduring. I suppose it is just a day job for a leading neurosurgeon.
