When I first met Mr Beynon-Phillips I had a perforated ear,drum. I was told by two other Drs that it would be dangerous to operate on. Which made me afraid of having surgery. They then referred me to Mr Bey-non Phillips. Still being afraid of surgery after being told how dangerous the operation would be. When I met this wonderful man he reassured me of the complete opposite to what I was previously told by the other 2 Surgeons. Mr Bey-non Phillips made me feel very secure and took away all my fears. I had the operation and went home the same evening The operation was a success. He is a very caring Doctor, nothing seems to be too much for him. He always greets you with a smile whether he has had a busy day or feeling under the weather. The care and treatment he gives feels like we are private patients I feel so lucky to have such a gifted surgeon such as this gentleman. My husband has also seen many Drs and surgeons in the past as he had a perforated eardrum as a child He is now under the same Doctor as myself. We cannot thank this Excellent Gentleman enough for the Gift he has & Shares with others. We are so Grateful C Wilson

Mr Beynon-Phillips was fantastic from start to finish from our daughters outpatient appointment to the surgery and after care. Could not have asked for a more wonderful professional and he had a great bedside manner with our child. Thank you so much, a great doctor.

Mr Beynon-Phillips is an amazing find in a relatively small hospital. Not only is he excellent at diagnosing issues and is a top class surgeon, he always finds time to treat patients with care, compassion and understanding, despite clearly having a huge workload. I have total confidence and trust in his decisions and would not hesitate to recommend his care and skills to anyone needing them.

I have always found him approachable. Easy to understand. He is very quiet and calm. He explains everything in easy terms for you to understand what needs to be done,why and how. Have just had surgery again. Was able to get home that evening so at least got a good night's sleep. I would travel all over the country to be treated by him. I just cannot speak too highly of him.
