I was one of mr. Alalade’s patients, he has performed a brain surgery on me recently. I was very frightened by the thought of the procedure at first, but the doctor talked me through it and gave me confidence in regards of what was about to happen. He was very caring and understandable, as he always reassured me and my family that the procedure is going to be performed with care, which helped us to gain confidence and be more positive about the surgery. After the procedure, he checked on me frequently, kept in touch with my family and kept them updated about my health state, and he always was prompt when I asked for his help or information. Now I am about to see him again for follow ups, but he encouraged me to contact him anytime if something occurs between the appointments. To summarise, I would say that he was great, extra caring and treated me excellently, and also performed a successful surgery as no complications happened. If anyone is going to ever to be put in the situation where he is going to perform any procedure on him/her, I advise to remain calm, have no negative thoughts and have all the trust on him, as he is a great doctor who does his job to an amazing level.

Dr Alaalade was an immediate calming influence on me during a time of great stress, he calmly and clearly explained the issue, the treatment, risks & likely outcomes, He listened to my concerns and did his best to address them, a fantastic Team at Preston Neurosurgery, I couldn't have been in better hands.
