Mr Prachalias is a Consultant Liver, Biliary and Pancreatic Surgeon at Kings College Hospital. He operated on my father who was diagnosed with cholangiocarcinoma. Mr Prachalias carried out a hepatico jejunostomy. Sadly, 4 days later my father had a gastro duodenal artery haemorrhage which Mr Prachalias and his team were slow to diagnose and my father died in the Liver ITU at Kings.
