So relieved to finally get an expert opinion and treatment. He did an endoscopy in the clinic and took the time to explain my diagnosis and treatment. Excellent doctor, so friendly and reassuring. Would recommend.

Mr Patel did my thyroidectomy and cured my Grave's disease and hyperthyroidism. I saw him today for my follow up appointment 4 weeks after surgery. beautiful scar which is barely visible, and I feel great. Amazing from start to finish, thank you!

Mr Patel is a fellowship trained Consultant ENT Head & Neck Surgeon with subspecialist interests in the surgical management of head & neck cancer, thyroid & parathyroid disease, and robotic surgery. He received an academic scholarship at Cambridge University and graduated with first class honours and awards in 2007. Mr Patel carried out surgical training in London and the East of England prior to completing a Royal College of Surgeons fellowship in endocrine surgery (UK) and an international fellowship in advanced head & neck surgery (Australia). His NHS practice is based at Lister Hospital, where he is Vice-Chair of the head & neck and thyroid cancer multidisciplinary boards, and Clinical Director of Operating Theatres.
