After a mastectomy I opted for an immediate reconstruction using an implant. This became capsulated and over time caused me great discomfort and disfigurement. Many of my normal activities became impossible. My breast surgeon discussed replacing the implant with a reconstuction from my stomach (DIEP) which is when I first came into contact with this wonderful man. Not only am I now able to do anything I want physically, my confidence has returned! I can't thank him enough for his skill, dedication and kindness.

I was diagnosed with breast cancer in November 2022. After meeting with my breast consultant it was decided I needed a mastectomy, I opted for immediate reconstruction using tissue taken from my stomach, (Diep flap surgery.)
Mr Allouni stepped in to take over my care as I had been waiting a little while. He was welcoming, professional and calm from the moment I met him. I immediately felt at ease as he explained the surgery with both positives and negatives, he was very honest.
The surgery went well and he even took the time to call my partner personally to inform him I was out of theatre. The results are excellent as he also had to perform a reduction & uplift on my healthy breast to achieve symmetry with the reconstructed breast. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Mr Allouni, he is a perfectionist!

I was diagnosed with breast cancer last September and when we got our appointment to see Mr Allouni at his clinic he made us feel so welcoming and calm throughout the whole appointment .
Mr Allouni listened to us and advised us on what to do also he talked to both of us my husband and myself, when we left his clinic we knew we were in safe hands.

Mr Allouni was amazing throughout, from my first ever appointment up until discharge. he was professional and friendly, he really knows what he’s doing! I’m so happy mr allouni did my surgery, couldnt have asked for anyone better and would recommend him to everyone!x

Mr. Allouni is a fully accredited UK plastic surgeon and is on the General Medical Council's specialist register for Plastic surgery. He is a member of the British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (BAAPS), British Association of Plastics, Reconstructive and Aesthetics Society (BAPRAS), UKAAPS-CAPSCO and the International Society of Plastic Surgeons. He completed his Bachelor in medicine and surgery in 2004 and his Master’s degree in Science in 2008 in Cairo University Hospitals and started his plastic surgery training abroad before moving to the United Kingdom in 2008 to seek higher surgical training.
He completed his higher plastic surgical training in Yorkshire and had his advanced breast microsurgical reconstruction fellowship training at University Hospitals of South Manchester. He is a substantive consultant in plastic and reconstructive surgery at Hull University Teaching Hospitals with special interest is breast reconstructive surgeries but his work as an NHS consultant extends to skin cancer surgeries, hand surgeries as well as complex trauma surgeries.
He was trained by leading aesthetic surgeons in the UK and abroad. This was complemented by joining the CAPSCO Aesthetic Fellowship programme at the centre of excellence Wood MediSpa in Devon. He offers a wide range of aesthetic surgeries, including facial, breast and body contouring procedures for both males and females. He also offers skin cancer and elective hand surgeries privately. He is very enthusiastic and believes that patient safety is paramount and can only be achieved by well informed and individualised care. He also believes that this can only be done through team working and with building special patient-doctor relationship from the first consultation.
