I was 18 when I had a breast reduction by dr Goyal, taking me from a G/H cup down to a d/dd. He listened to all my concerns and delivered exactly what I had asked for. It’s been a year and a half since having this procedure, my scars are hardly visible and I don’t get the crippling back and neck pain I used to. I cannot stress how thankful I am to him, this procedure really has changed my life. I would recommend him to anyone looking into a breast reduction surgery.

In August 2019 aged 18 Mr Goyal carried out my breast reduction. Having been a H cup since the age of 14/15 I was so happy to have my cup size reduced to large C/small D a massive change of 5/6 sizes !!! My Mum is a Bra Fitter at M&S and it was as a result of her fitting one of Mr Goyal's past patients and seeing the fantastic results he had achieved that we decided to look into it further. Having read reviews from many of his other patients, we made an appointment. From the initial conversation with My Goyal through to my discharge appointment, the care I received was excellent. Everything was explained to me clearly, was shown examples of previous results achieved with this type of surgery and all paperwork was explained before the surgery was undertaken. So after a 2 week period where I went away to think things through and watch a few videos clips of actual surgeries I made the decision to go ahead. It was the best decision I have ever made, my life is so much better. My back and shoulders no longer ache and I am more confident in the way I dress. I can not thank Mr Goyal for what he has done for me and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

Mr Goyal and team were very responsive to my appointment request and did all they could to get me booked in as soon as possible, offering different options but with clear information on the limitations. This enabled me to select the right hospital with the right facilities for my appointment. I was very grateful for this as it enabled all tests to be complete in the shortest time. Mr Goyal was very efficient and informative and I felt in safe hands. All the staff I encountered at Nuffield Derby we're very warm and friendly. The team providing the mammogram and ultrasound especially so, this was all new to me and they were very reassuring and kind. It really was great care - thank you very much to everyone involved. I would absolutely return or recommend Mr Goyal's team and the Nuffield Derby.
