I was referred to Mr Goyal in 2016. I was anxious and apprehensive about my appointment. My sister was with me and Mr Goyal quickly put both of us at ease. He wanted to know my hopes and expectations before examination and discussion of the procedure and the possible risks.
Mr Goyal showed a real understanding of my concerns and at the end of our discussion I felt confident that my operation (Breast Reconstruction)was finally going to happen.
My sister and I came away confident that I was going to be receiving excellent care .
Mr Goyal is not only extremely dedicated to his work but also humane and committed to giving all his patients the best possible care.
I thank him, and all his team for the excellent care I received.
