My hospital experience was excellent.
I felt very comfortable with everything and was told what tests I would be having etc.
I later went to see mr Goyal who I had seen before a few years ago.
What a lovely man ! Professional but in a caring way. I felt I could put my trust in him and talk to him in a relaxed manner
