"It was a wonderful experience working at the UHL alongside Mr Abraham as Head of service and my AES over the last couple of years. I sincerely thank him for the constant support, motivation and the encouragement. His tireless efforts to improve the services and mentoring the junior staff have been gratefully appreciated. He is a very good clinician by himself and willingly offers help to all those in need. As I leave, I wish him and the team continued success.

It has been an absolute pleasure to work with Mr Abraham. He has always been helpful, kind and compassionate not just to his patients but his colleagues. He is an effective leader and I have worked on a couple of Quality Improvement projects with him which were initiated and led by him and have significantly improved patient care in the department. I have known him to be hard working and helpful.

Working alongside him has been a transformative experience, and I cannot stress enough how much his expertise, dedication, and passion for T&O surgery have influenced my development as a surgeon and a person. His commitment to excellence is evident in every aspect of his practice, and I have been fortunate to witness firsthand the positive impact he has on both patients and the surgical team. As a surgeon, his technical prowess is unparalleled. his steady hands and unwavering focus during complex procedures are awe-inspiring, and it is evident that his vast experience has honed his skills to perfection. He leads by example, and observing his surgical techniques has been an invaluable learning experience that will undoubtedly shape my own approach to surgery for years to come. However, what truly sets him apart is his innate ability to be an exceptional trainer and educator. His approach to teaching is not just about imparting knowledge; it is about nurturing curiosity, instilling confidence, and fostering critical thinking in your trainees. His willingness to answer questions patiently, discuss challenging cases, and offer constructive feedback has created a safe and conducive learning environment, allowing me to grow both professionally and personally. Beyond the operating room, His dedication to educating the surgical community as a training program director is commendable.
