The service I received from Mr Yewlett was exceptional. He was always really welcoming and friendly. He explained everything in great detail in a way that was really easy to understand. Nothing seemed to be to much trouble. I never felt rushed and was told that I could contact or his secretary if I had any questions or concerns. My questions were always answered very promptly. It was recommended for me to have wide awake surgery. I had my concerns to begin with but I was reassured of the overall benefits over having a general anaesthetic. I was fully prepared beforehand and had complete faith in Mr Yewlett and the anaesthetist. The nerve blocker was easily and painlessly administered so I felt nothing at all throughout. I also had the option of observing the operation. I had, prior to the operation decided not to look, but actually found the whole thing fascinating. I also had the option of listening to music throughout or having the procedure explained as we went along. I chose the later. I am by nature quite squeamish so I was a little apprehensive but there was absolutely no need to be. I would choose this procedure again with no doubt. My recovery was really quick which had the added benefit of no waiting time for a much needed lunch and cup of tea. I was home by dinner time. I would absolutely recommend wide awake surgery and Mr Yewlett. I have had two m, but there is really nothing to worry aore follow up appointments with Mr Yewlett both have been of the same exceptional service. I would certainly have no hesitation in recommending him at all.
