Dear Mr Yewlett in August 2018 (having had too much strong drink -tea ). I tripped, fell and suffered a fracture dislocation of my left shoulder.
I came to see you on 21st September, you recommended a rotator cuff repair which you did on 27th September.
I can only say that the care I have received throughout my self inflicted misfortune has been exemplary from yourself and your team, also from the team at Boston Pilgrim where I first attended it being late evening and Grantham A&E being closed.
Long may you continue to do your good works at Grantham Hospital.
