Very positive experience after a nasty car accident. Explained everything very well and felt very confident that the outcome would be the best it could be. Never felt rushed despite several questions I kept coming up with.
Engaging, personable manner which is so important when dealing with medical matters. Nice to have humour, when appropriate, too!
