Mr Salih treated my mum for breast cancer. He is an amazing surgeon and really wonderful doctor with a great bedside manner. Very gentle man who actually listens and shows an interest in his patients. My mum is now clear of cancer thanks to this man. Would highly recommend.

Kind, considerate, explains things well, he took into consideration my anxieties and provided both answers and reassurance.. Surgery was successful and minimal pain afterwards.

Mr Salih had a very quiet and calm manner which helped enormously as I felt worried and concerned about my condition. He took time to reassure me and answer my questions. He always has a totally professional manner. I left the hospital feeling the visit had been worthwhile and with the knowledge that the fears I had had about my breast was all down to the radiotherapy treatment which can last for a number of years. I think it would be helpful to let patients know that the breast will stay very "hot" compared with the untreated breast for a very long time and also very tender. I am now 18 months on from my surgery and still experiencing this. Maybe this information could be given out on the last session of radiotherapy. If I had known this, it would have saved months of worry. Unfortunately Covid-19 prevented me from speaking about this earlier because I knew there would be many new cancer patients seeking and needing surgery. I hope this has been useful. :)
