Mr Raza demonstrated an incredible level of care throughout the consultation and post-operation period. He explained everything clearly and showed genuine compassion in dealing with the patient, who suffers from dementia. He made himself available to contact at any time. When we did need to do so he went to great lengths to resolve our concerns over the pain the patient was in post-operation, even taking the time to visit her at home on a Saturday evening. The family and I were very impressed by his professionalism and warmth.

I can 100% recommend Mr Ali Raza. Every consultation with him has brought an incredible amount of clarity, due to the time he takes to explain everything thoroughly and comprehensively. He listens attentively and responds in-depth to any questions. It is very clear that he cares deeply about his patients’ well-being. He is very competent and despite the complex nature of the surgery, I had full trust in the procedure throughout. This was only possible due to his excellent communication and evident skill.

Mr Ali Raza recently did a hip revision for me in August 24 and as a fairly young man for my 2nd hip surgery on the same hip I was feeling a bit anxious about the whole ordeal as the previous one was only done 7 years prior, but Mr Raza assured me he could fix my pain and put my leg right again and he absolutely did that !

Mr Ali Raza has performed a miracle ! His care from start to finish was exceptional . He took great care to talk us through the process of a hip replacement with the complication of Althzeimers and to answer any concerns or worries that we had. At no point did we feel pressurised , we felt very reassured that the decision to go ahead was beneficial to Hadwig. He was very kind and supportive throughout the whole process ,on hand at all times and keeping contact with my father during the hospital stay. My father was very impressed from start to finish with Mr Raza and would certainly recommend his services to others. Mr Raza said he would do his best to minimise the risk of injury after such an operation with the non compliance of Althzeimers which he has certainly done. Hadwig has tested his workmanship to the limit and 5 weeks in is walking with virtually no limp and out of pain , quite amazing. We cannot express our gratitude in words to Mr Raza. He has transformed my father and Hadwigs life . They are back out walking, off for trips in the car and the future may not look great with Althzeimers but no longer do we see Hadwig struggling to walk and in huge pain. We will be forever grateful to Mr Raza.

I was put on Mr Raza’s list as I had been suffering from arthritis in both my knees for several years. By this time I couldn’t walk very far and was in a wheelchair. By our second appointment he said, without prompting from me, that although I was very overweight I wouldn’t be able to lose weight because I couldn’t exercise. This was a relief for me because I thought I was going to be denied a knee replacement for being overweight even though my weight piled on during the years I waited to be seen by a consultant. Mr Raza seems to understand how I felt. He did try injections in my knees but these didn’t work because the inflammation was too great and I was then put on the waiting list for a knee replacement. I was finally able to have this in May this year. Mr Raza carefully explained the operation and how my age and weight will have an affect on my recovery. He doesn’t treat me like a number but like a person and he always gives me confidence, so much so that I have asked for him to put me on the list to have my other knee replaced.
